Join us for a rail trail ride starting in Jaffrey, NH. This ride is inspired by a part of the NH Women's Heritage trail honoring Willa Cather, an early 20th century Pulitzer Prize winning author, and lesbian who spent considerable time writing in the area.
The trail itself is a relatively flat, easy ride on a mostly packed rail trail, with a few small sections of gravel and sandy patches. depending on the comfort level of participants, the ride will have options for us to do 8, 10, or a maximum of 15 miles to the old stone state line markers and back. We will be keeping a leisurely pace for this ride, with plenty of opportunities to stop for breaks and socialize.
This is a joint event we're organizing with the group, Fight4Her. Fight4HER is a fight for all. Providing education and advocacy tools about reproductive rights, the Global Gag Rule and the Helms Amendment.
