Let's do this again. Take a chance and have the most unexpected time of your life. We will hike a little over 3 miles with an elevation gain of 607ft. When we get to the top we can explore the rock outcroppings that seem to go on forever. You will not believe that you are in Oklahoma (unless it is hot that day).

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Oklahoma as we hike 4.5 miles on established trails of rocks and grass. You will be amazed by the backwoods scenic overlook and then experience a peaceful flowing creek towards the end of the hike.

Afterwards, we will reward ourselves with delicious food at Reba's place.

Experience the historic beauty of the Chickasaw National Recreation Area as we hike 2.9 miles with an elevation gain of 288 feet. See original structures from Platt National Park. We will carry a trash bag to pick up litter so that we leave the park cleaner than we found it on Celebrate Trails Day. Deer are common in the park so have your cameras ready.

Challenge yourself to see what you can do. You will hike 2.3 miles with an elevation gain of 571 feet which is nice when you live in the plains of Oklahoma. We can go off trail to jump around on boulders and experience breath-taking views. Pace will be easy so we can fully experience our surroundings.

Get outside and enjoy a beautiful 1.5 hike near Atoka, Oklahoma. You will walk among a forest of Pine and Oak trees and see boulders blanketed with thick green moss and occasional wildlife. Afterwards we will dine at Reba's Place in Atoka and soak in that country charm as we relax and get to know each other better.

Venture into the forested mountains for a 3.5 mile hike with 450 ft elevation gain (depends on how far off trail you want to go; the views are amazing). The hike will be about 2 hours on a well marked trail with heavy leaf accumulation on rocks and dirt trail. Hiking boots are a must and hiking poles advantageous. Even though it is winter the mountains are very much alive and beautiful.

Let's be jolly and celebrate the beauty of Chickasaw National Recreation Area. We will hike the Antelope Springs trail including the Prairie Loop, Tall Oaks Loop, Buffalo Springs Loop and Dry Creek Loop. We will cover 3 miles on well established and mostly easy trails.

We'll be going up to Turner Falls in Oklahoma for some hiking. We'll explore the falls and castle, and then hike the trails around the park - about 3.5 miles.

There is also a zipline ride that flies high over the valley, if anyone is interested.
