Join us for a fall hike around the historical Old Stone Fort State Archaeological Park. We'll walk through the history, following the fort's perimeter, originally built between 1,500 and 2,000 years ago. Among the ancient ruins, we'll enjoy scenic views of Little Duck River and several waterfalls. Just a little under 2 miles, this hike can be rocky and mountainous, so please practice some caution.

Escape the summer heat by taking a refreshing plunge in one of Tennessee's renowned natural swimming spots.
Join us as we trek to the stunning location. The trails are not too lengthy, but they can be challenging and slippery. While it's not mandatory to take a dip, we will be spending a lot of time near the water. You're welcome to spread out your towel and soak up the sun while we enjoy our time in the water.

We will explore a multi-trail system through tranquil surroundings featuring three waterfalls and fields of wildflowers.
Join me for an early morning hike, where we'll get scenic views of Machine Falls, Busby Falls, and Bobo Creek. This 4-mile hike can get steep and slick, but the views are worth it.
(Optional: The water is safe for swimming, so pack a swimsuit if you wish to get in!)

Happy New Year, y'all!
I invite you to join us for a beautiful day hike. We will meet for quick introductions before departing on the 3.7-mile loop. This moderate trail offers exceptional views of Percy Priest Lake as we walk along its shoreline. At a modest elevation gain of 262 feet, be prepared to traverse a few rockier patches. Otherwise, the trail is relatively flat. (Please note that if there is rain earlier in the week, the trail can get muddy in spots. Make sure you wear appropriate footwear!) Most people complete the loop in less than an hour and a half, but we'll take it slow, with frequent stops as needed. Pack a snack or two (or perhaps a lunch) and your favorite water bottle, and meet me out at one of Nashville's most underrated gems.
